Mark and Nancy Wolff, third-generation poultry purveyors and owners of Puritan Foods, have been supplying Hotels, Restaurants, and Institutions (HRI) with custom-cut poultry in Boston and surroundings communities. The original USDA inspected plant was located in Newmarket Square, Boston, Massachusetts.
